La vivienda hace pleno positivo: compraventas (13,3%), precios (1,3%) e hipotecas (26,1%) al alza

El mercado de la vivienda continúa firme por la senda de la recuperación. Esta situación se pone en las compraventas, los precios y la concesión de préstamos, que describen una continua tendencia al alza, según la estadística inmobiliaria del Consejo General del Notariado correspondiente al segundo trimestre de 2016.

En el segundo trimestre de 2016, la compraventa de vivienda se expandió a nivel nacional un 13,3% (122.776 transacciones), con tasas de crecimiento de dos dígitos en una amplia mayoría de comunidades. Únicamente hubo reducciones en el número de compraventa de vivienda en Navarra (-20,4%) y La Rioja (-2,7%).
